COVID-19 Update

Usual Operations

We are at work. We can accept physical appointments from 11th Oct 2021. Please call ahead to book your bridal experience. M: 0424 393 818 . We are registered with the NSW government as a COVID-safe business. Our team is trained to serve you and your family in this new environment. We observe all codes and proper conduct to ensure you and your family continue to enjoy a wonderful Helen Constance bridal experience in a safe environment. Our environment is designed to service one bride and their family at any one time.

Cleanliness

We offer a touchless hand-sanitiser dispenser at the entrance of our store and other hand sanitisers at various touchpoints around the showroom. We clean and sanitise our showroom before and after each appointment.

Appointments

We strongly advise that you make an appointment for your Helen Constance Bridal Experience at our bridal shop in sydney. We are two minutes from Leichhardt. We can service you over the phone, video call or online on our social media messaging channels. Please call or email to book an appointment so we can offer you proper service. Services in store, in person, will recommence when government guidelines permit.

Illness

If you or any of your guests are feeling unwell or have flu-like symptoms, we ask that you please postpone your appointment to a later date. We reserve the rights to refuse entry to any person showing signs of illness of any kind.

Existing Orders

All existing orders are processed and on-track. If there are any changes in your personal circumstances please call us asap, M: 0424393818.

Registration

All visitors to our showroom must scan and register with the NSW Health COVID Safe Check-In using the QR code. Please register when you first enter our store. We will provide you with a QR code registration option. This helps us contact trace should the need arises.

Facial Masks

NSW Government strongly recommend that we wear masks. Our team are trained to we mask to protect you and your family. We can offer you and your family disposable masks should you need it. You can expect our team to conduct your HC Bridal Experience with mask on.

Social distance

In accordance to the government advice, we are trained to maintain 1.5m social distance with you and your family.
